Well, I've done my civic duty. I've taken the chicken pox that Jake has and passed it on to 3 kids via lollipops, thus ensuring the continuation of this lovely virus. Most likely there will be some more kids tomorrow. Such a weird thing to do...
Why doesn't chicken pox die out like polio has? Would it die out if we stopped having pox parties and because there is a vaccine for it? I really have no idea. But I suppose it is really better to have the chicken pox as a kid and reduce chances of having shingles as an adult.
Thank goodness for organic lollipops free of additives, HFCS, dyes, and other things. These lollipops actually have carrot juice in them for coloring. Amazing.
